Trusting in nature as the guide, the Tao as the path, I support people to create more joyful and fulfilling lives. I have been an educator, therapist and consultant for 30 years. In my practice, I work with clients who are interested in self-exploration and self-discovery. Many times, people come to me because they feel stuck or they have been cycling around seemingly irresolvable difficulties. Sometimes their relationships are not working. Sometimes, they feel depressed or anxious. And sometimes, they don’t know exactly what is wrong.
I am not a stranger to the process of self-inquiry. Over the course of my life, I have been a passionate student of self-understanding, therapy, spiritual traditions and relationship. I have traveled extensively through Africa, India, South America, Asia and Europe. Because of these experiences and others, I can bring a unique perspective to issues of inner and outer diversity.
I find that disturbances and problems can actually help to get to something deeper than the problem itself. By using awareness to foster change, problems can open the door to a deeper aspect of oneself or to a more meaningful connection to something greater.
